Worthington Cylinders awarded WCPI Supplier Award for 2010.
WCPI has also earned this award in 2008, 2007, and 2005.
Not all suppliers that are eligible achieve the certification. WCPI scored 100% in all 4 quarters in 2010 in Corrective Action, ISO/Quality, and Delivery.
To be eligible for certification (the award), a supplier must meet a minimum of two "A" and two "B" quarterly scores (based on a calendar year).
Once the eligibility criteria has been met, Worthington Cylinders rates the eligible suppliers on several value-added categories (Continuous Improvement, Timeliness in Response, Price Competitiveness, etc.).
Nifco Supplier Award
Nifco America awarded World Class Plastics, Inc. with a supplier award for the 2009 calendar year. In order to receive this award, WCPI was required to meet both 100% quality and 100% delivery standards to Nifco for the year.
5 and 10 year Awards

In today's Quarterly Associate Meeting 5 Year Awards were presented to Jay Blair and Jennifer Joseph. Matt Watkins was presented with a 10 Year Award.
Currently, 50% of WCPI's associates have 5 years of service or more.
