Tight Tolerance
As plastic injection molding technology and innovation continue to advance, part tolerances are becoming increasingly tighter. Typically, a tight tolerance is defined as +/-.002 inches, and a very tight tolerance is +/-.001 inches. Many factors influence tight tolerances, including part size and complexity, raw material selection, as well as tooling and process conditions. Color Match

Equipment
WPCI features a 85,000 sq. ft. facility that is well-equipped with material handling systems, multi-axis servo robots, water temperature controllers, blenders, granulators, dryers, chillers, and backup compressors. We support orders ranging from prototype to high or low-volume production and blanket orders, with lead times quoted on a job-by-job basis.
World Class Plastics, Inc. also meets the needs of emergency and rush orders. We use Kaizen/5S methods and are lights-out and lean manufacturing-capable. The specific types of equipment we use include:
