Steve Buchenroth is the Chief Executive Officer of World Class Plastics, Inc. and the President, owner and operator of Midwest Corporate Air, Inc.
Steve is a 1980 graduate of Indian Lake High School, and a 1986 graduate of The Ohio State University where he earned a BS degree in Business Administration.
Steve is a former aviator and Captain in the United States Air Force / Air National Guard, where he flew the F4 Phantom. Today he is a corporate and charter pilot as well as a flight instructor with Midwest Corporate Air, Inc.
Steve strives hard to eliminate waste, keep things simple, lean and clean and wants his employees to have fun while working. Steve is quoted as saying “set up the system with the people, training them to the system they helped create and let them manage the system through numbers and audits.”
Terry Ochi is the President of World Class Plastics, Inc. His greatest responsibility is in developing new opportunities for the advancement of World Class Plastics. Terry, with his vast automotive experience and his ability to communicate in both Japanese and English, supports our customers and suppliers.
Terry is a graduate of RITSUMEIKAN University in Japan and worked for Nissen Chemitec Corporation, parent of Nissen Chemitec America.
Terry and his wife have 3 sons and 6 grandchildren. Terry enjoys time with his family, life in the United States, golf, fishing and The Ohio State Buckeyes.
David Wisniewski is the Vice President of Engineering and R&D for World Class Plastics, Inc. His management responsibilities include part and tool design review, process sampling and documentation, project management, quote preparation and sales calls.
Dave holds an Associate Degree in Plastics/Chemical Engineering from Shawnee State University. He has also attended numerous seminars and postgraduate education classes. Dave is certified to Master Molder 2 by RJG, Inc.
Dave holds 3 U.S. patents and has been directly employed in the plastics industry since 1986. He worked in Plastics Research and Technical Service at The Dow Chemical Company for 10 years prior to working at World Class Plastics, Inc.

W.C. Wagoner is the Vice President of Facilities at World Class Plastics, Inc. He is directly responsible for our facility and equipment maintenance, construction and installation. He also has shared responsibility for equipment automation.
W.C. has attended numerous facility and maintenance seminars and we believe he is THE BEST Facility Manager a company could ever have.
W.C. and his wife, have 3 children.
Mark Seeley is the CFO of World Class Plastics. As a board member, he shares responsibility for the overall direction of the company, business planning, and market development.
Mark is a home school graduate of Christian Cottage Schools. The last 2.5 years of high school were completed in Malawi, Africa, where his parents were missionaries. Upon completion of high school, he attended The Ohio State University where he graduated with a BS degree in Business Administration in 1998 with majors in both Economics and Finance.In 1998, Mark started as a mold tech at World Class Plastics after prior automotive and injection molding experiences.
In 1999, Mark was promoted to Finance Manager and promoted again in 2002 to VP of Finance, he became president in 2007 and has since stepped into the CFO role
Mark enjoys spending time with his church, his family and hiking the great outdoors.
Kathy started her career at WCPI in 2001. She has worked in production and quality. She is now the Quality Manager.
Her responsibilities include but are not limited to Customer Corrective Action administration, Internal Corrective Action administration, ensuring customer satisfaction, operating/programming the CMM/software, managing the Quality Management System, Quality Team staffing, maintaining the Quality Lab, as well as any training necessary. She supports cost management review and assists with Control Plans, FMEAs, internal/external inspection processes, and root-cause/countermeasure activities.
Kathy has attended a wide variety of training, including: Honda’s 5 Why, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing, Color Verification, Statistical ProcessControl, JIT Concepts, blueprint reading, ISO Internal Auditor, multiple leadership skill classes and gage calibrations training.
Kathy found World Class Plastics after first exploring careers in banking as a window teller and escrow insurance clerk while still in high school and then thoroughly enjoyed working at KFC for 3 1/2 years to learn about the fast food industry. She feels very fortunate to have found her way into the Quality Dept. and can utilize her eye for detail. She is thankful of the lessons she has learned from WCP and has utilized them in her personal life of root-causing and countermeasuring the curve balls of life and in helping build her dream home with her husband. Never taking anything for granted, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family, rollerblading, camping, and kayaking.
Jacob Stevens started at World Class Plastics on July 14, 2004 as a Production Tech. He has worked as a Production Tech, Material Tech, Molding Tech, Receiving Tech, Processor, Shift Coordinator, Process Engineer, and is now the Manufacturing Manager.
Lori Fisher is the Human Resource Manager for World Class Plastics, Inc. Lori’s management responsibilities include employee payroll, benefit management, full-range of human resource management, safety, training and special projects.
Lori began as a Production Tech in 1997, and moved on to Packaging Tech, Shipping Tech, Secondary Coordinator, Receptionist, Accounting Assistant, and Human Resource Coordinator, before moving to the HR Manager.
Lori and her husband, have three children; two granddaughters, and two grandsons. Lori enjoys gardening and spoiling her dog.
As Manufacturing Engineering Manager/Robotics and Automation Manager/3D Technology Manager/Continuous Improvement Manager/New Model Launch Engineer, Nick’s involvement includes designing and building robotic assembly machines, overseeing all 3D milling and 3D printing projects, business planning, market development through production strategy, and daily support on the production floor.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University. Nick’s technical background has allowed him to advance the development of several automation work stations and robotics within World Class Plastics’ molding process.
Nick was the first in the company to complete the RJG Master Molder I and II, as well as earn a certification for De-Coupled II and De-Coupled III processing and the first to complete every possible training session for A-Routis and Paulson.
Nick enjoys golfing, baseball and remains dedicated to a daily run, he also enjoys treasure hunting as a hobby.
Amy Garver is the Customer Service Coordinator at World Class Plastics and is responsible for entering sales orders, receiving customer phone calls and customer requests, pulling orders, and managing the Shipping Department. Amy has been with World Class Plastics since 1997.
Amy is a 1989 graduate of Indian Lake High School and has attended 4 years of college courses through the University of Dayton and The Ohio State University.
Amy was hired into World Class Plastics in the Packaging Department, and then spent 7 years in the Shipping Department before moving into the Customer Service Department.
Amy is on the Relay for Life Team at World Class Plastics, and helps with fundraisers for that cause. Amy and her husband Charles own Garver Insurance. She enjoys spending time with her pets, going to plant stores, and working in her flower beds.
Rennie came to World Class as a tool builder in the tooling department.
As Launch Coordinator, his responsibilities includes coordinating new product launch activity between departments, tracking the status and progress of projects, communicating with customers and supplier partners and assisting the engineering and tooling groups with the development of programs or projects.
Brenda has over 10 years experience in the Customer Service Department of the GMS branch of Super Foods. She began as a Production Tech at World Class Plastics in 1998, and has filled various roles since that time as Quality Tech, Quality Coordinator, and day shift Production Coordinator before assuming her current job as Production Scheduler. She has also assisted as an Internal Quality Systems auditor since 2000.
Brenda is a 1979 graduate of Indian Lake High School and currently resides in Lakeview. She has two children and one grandson. When not working, she enjoys playing piano for church and community functions, both as a soloist and as part of a local jazz trio. She also enjoys history, reading, genealogy, and gardening.
Dan started his career at WCPI in 1996. He has worked in shipping, receiving, production, and is now a Launch Engineer at WCPI.
His responsibilities include supporting production with technical issues and training, developing injection molding processes for new products, designing and building end of arm tooling for automation, robot programming, implementing cavity pressure technology, supporting continuous improvement activities and participating in preventive and corrective actions.
Dan has earned Master Molder 1 & 2 certifications from RJG, Inc.
In 2012, I started at World Class Plastics as a production tech, after that, I’ve moved my way up through various positions, including, Lead P.T, Processor 1, Senior Lead, and now I am the 1st Shift Coordinator.
I have 3 Wonderful and beautiful boys that I am so proud of, who have blessed me with 4 wonderful grandchildren
Joyce Keith has been working in the Plastics industry since 1992. She started at World Class Plastics in 2002 as a Production Tech. She moved up into the Lead Production Tech position and is now the 2ndShift Coordinator.
She has completed the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and more recently Supervisor Skill Building along with other classes over the years..
Joyce and her husband have 4 children and 11 grandchildren. She loves spending time with her family.
Brandi started her career at WCPI in 2007. She has worked in production, quality and receiving. She is now the Quality Coordinator.
Her responsibilities include supporting production with quality issues, training, new model launch, daily report keeping, sampling, data collection, and managing the sort re-work area.
Brandi enjoys Kayaking and spending time with her family.
